Safety Management Systems
A bit of info about our Safety Management Systems
Whilst becoming accredited in the NHVAS is a fantastic step, accreditation is only focused on a portion of your obligations under Chain of Responsibility and Workplace Health and Safety. Regardless of the size of your business, having an effective Safety Management System (SMS) can be one of the best ways of ensuring you have a safety-focused business and are complying with your safety duty obligations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).
Our Chain of Responsibility Safety Management Systems are a comprehensive set of documents and resources designed to cover your obligations under the HVNL and WHS. These documents may often be requested from clients, suppliers or law enforcement bodies as evidence of a company’s compliance position and may also be requested by investigators or auditors requesting evidence of CoR adherence. We believe our safety management systems are easy to use and effective. They have been designed as a result of many years reviewing clients systems that were too hard to use, and ultimately did not prove effective in meeting CoR obligations.
